Great collection. I particularly like the Old Time Santa Suit with the Hood. It would be interesting to see how the classic Santa dress has changed throughout history. I’d be interested in seeing how Santa’s outfit compared with, and might have been influenced by, what was going on in the world at that time. Anyone know a source?

I think there is no much changing in Santa suit. There are only slight variation in color. Some costumes come in bright red and some are darker.

I think anything you can do to make Christmas special for the little ones is important. Our son was fast asleep this year so we couldn’t actually wake him up to hear the bells and the ho ho ho of father Christmas so have put the Christmas costume back in the cupboard for another year. However, we will keep trying!!

Where are the elf costumes? I guess that is on another costume page. Of the choices here I like the Kris Kringle suit and the Santa’s Little Helper outfit.

The Old Time Santa suit is always a favorite of mine. You can not beat the good old fashioned traditional outfit. The look on kids faces when they see Santa like this is priceless.

The old time Santa suit is the best. The one with the long coat.
If you really want to look the part as santa then you will need to put the pounds on a bit before christmas. If you don’t have the paunch then when a kid pulls on your suit then it will be obvious you are not santa.
